Your documents, sorted by request
In the portal, the Documents page gathers each request's documents under its number. Once your payment is recorded, your subscription page says so clearly. In the console, the team can follow each request step by step.
Improvements
- PortalThe Documents page groups your documents by request, with each section headed Request and its number.
- PortalOnce your payment is recorded, your subscription page shows "Payment recorded" and gathers its details under "My subscription request". The next step stays highlighted while a payment is still expected.
- PortalWhile you fill in your subscription form, the message "Draft saved." confirms that your work is saved. Switching between French and English keeps your draft.
- ConsoleFor staff who follow requests, the request timeline gives the date of each step, from the request received to the certificate issued, or says that no date was recorded.
- ConsoleFor general-management and finance staff, issuing a certificate now asks for confirmation: the console states the consequence before the "Confirm issuance" button.
- ConsoleThe menu groups pages under headings such as Investors, Financing and Oversight. On a phone, the groups stack one above the other.
- ConsoleFor general-management, finance, communications and registry staff, the "Consent-first audiences" page shows contact lists built on each person's consent.
