Pick up your request where you left off
In the portal, your subscription form is kept as a draft: come back to it from My forms, or delete it. My bonds shows each request with its steps, and your payment documents are easier to find.
Improvements
- PortalYour subscription form is saved as a draft. Resume it from My forms, or remove it with "Delete this draft" once you confirm.
- PortalMy bonds shows one block per request, with the Signature, Payment and Certificate steps. The "Make my payment" button opens the payment instructions.
- PortalOnce your payment is confirmed, you can download the "Payment receipt" from your documents, even before the certificate is issued.
- PortalYour signed form is labelled "Signed subscription form (PDF)", and its file name carries your request number.
- PortalIn the payment instructions, the transfer option reads "Bank transfer or Interac". It is still a single option.
- PortalTo confirm your identity, the "Identity document (required)" section is enough: proof of address is optional.
- ConsoleFor general-management and finance staff, certificate review shows where the two approvals stand and which role acts next. Whoever gave the first approval is not asked to approve again.
Fixes
- PortalDouble-clicking to sign no longer files a second request.
- PortalWhen a document cannot be downloaded, a page in your language tells you so.
