Following requests is more direct in the console
This week, the console makes requests easier to follow. A link opens the contact's 360° record, identifiers stay readable on one line and copy in one click, and a file's page highlights one action at a time.
Improvements
- ConsoleIn the request and void request lists, the "Open the 360° record" link opens the contact's record when the subscription is linked to a contact.
- ConsoleOn the Choices at maturity and Void requests pages, and in the request list, identifiers fit on one line, with a button to copy them.
- ConsoleOn a file's page, a single button stands out as the main action, when the step offers one. Beside the file's identifier, a button copies it: the request reference before acceptance, then the subscription identifier.
- ConsoleOn a file's page, each identity document fits on one line. A document already decided shows its decision; a pending document of a known kind shows "To decide" to someone who can decide it. The "Details" button, when present, shows the rest.
- ConsoleIn the governance journal filtered on a contact, the "Include linked records" option adds the records linked to that contact.
