A console organised around case files

The console menu follows the day's work, starting with case files. Content brings platform texts, the FAQ, e-mails and legal texts together. On the dashboard, the people's journey takes you straight to the contacts it counts.

This release also includes corrections to payment tracking, maturity choices and bond corrections, alongside read-only checks. These additions are included in the release; availability depends on deployment and any activation required for each feature.

Improvements

  • ConsoleThe menu starts with Case files, then Investors, Financing, Oversight and Management, which holds the dashboard and content. On wide screens, Settings and Help sit at the foot of the menu, and console help describes the new order.
  • ConsoleFor general-management and communications staff, the Content bar adds the Platform texts and FAQ tabs.
  • ConsoleFor general-management and communications staff, an approved official e-mail now offers an "Edit template" link that opens its template in the editor.
  • ConsoleIn Legal texts, the editor opens the latest draft as soon as you arrive and lets you step back through earlier versions. It also shows the published version recorded in the ledger.
  • PortalThis release supports reading a PDF cheque specimen directly in the portal.
  • PlatformThis release includes read-only checks of reverted-import and send counts, without opening individual files. Access to these checks requires separate activation.

Fixes

  • ConsoleIn the people's journey, tiles and step counts open the Contacts list filtered to the same phase or step, instead of raw data.
  • ConsoleThe Branding page says why the brand cannot be shown, for example when access is refused. When no brand is saved yet, it opens a neutral first version for you to complete.
  • ConsoleThis release requires a bank outcome for every item in an exported run before the results can be recorded. An item left without a choice does not count as paid.
  • PortalIn this release, changing the payment method discards the detail previously entered for “other”. That detail is still validated when “other” is the selected method.
  • ConsoleThis release calculates the registry’s annual interest from principal and the first-year rate, whether the schedule is already recorded or calculated for display.
  • PlatformFor maturity choices, this release deducts coupons already settled from the interest to be allocated. The deadline remains open through the end of the stated day in Eastern time (Montréal).
  • ConsoleIn this release, a bank reference already carried by a payment prevents a line from being matched automatically to another payment on amount alone. The line stays for review when that reference does not identify one eligible payment.
  • PlatformThis release refuses approval of a bond correction when the replacement bond has already been corrected or voided.
  • PortalIn this release, English signing reminders link to the English subscription form.
